META Scott-T transformers are designed to derive two-phase outputs from a three-phase supply for specialized industrial applications such as electric furnace systems and other balanced two-phase loads. The Scott connection distributes load evenly across the three-phase source while producing main and teaser outputs that are 90 degrees apart.
